Online and Telephone counselling

I provide counselling for adults only.

During our sessions we will explore your childhood, relationships, family dynamics and belief systems to help develop an understanding and insight into presenting issues and patterns of behaviour. The pace and depth of exploration will be set by you.

I will support you through challenging life events in a safe, welcoming, respectful and confidential manner.

How I work

If you decide that I’m the right counsellor for you:
- We will agree on a start date and time.
- I will share a counselling agreement via email for you to read and confirm your understanding.
- I will request payment via bank transfer prior to our session.
- You will be sent a link for WhatsApp Business or my text you my phone number.
- At the first session, we will discuss your goals for counselling, presenting issues and assess your mood.
